It’s an unfortunate truth that many admin professionals have to move through their career largely unsupported, working things out alone and missing the meaningful conversations and coaching that accelerate growth and progression.

This lack of development contributes to career plateaus, limited earning potential, a crisis of confidence, increased stress and risk of burnout and stunted progression.

It doesn’t have to be this way and private mentoring is a powerful way to help you feel the way you want to feel or get to where you want to be, fast.

While group learning is a very effective way to approach development and hear a variety of voices, sometimes we have needs or challenges that are best tackled with exclusive, undivided attention.   If you avoid public speaking or if the areas you need support in are complex, highly confidential or sensitive, group learning environments may mean you hold back from asking the questions you need to.

As a mentor I will help keep you accountable to take the action we discuss.

Our time together is tailored entirely to your unique needs and the format and structure depends on the package you invest in.

You have the choice of:

  • a single session

  • a four week sprint

  • a 3 month intensive

Some people need help with career progression, developing their profile, taking control of their career, or being a candidate of choice in their job search.

Others need help developing their self belief, articulating their worth, owning their authority, overcoming a career plateau or managing pressure and avoiding burnout. 

And some have a desire to be in the 1% of the talent pool, increasing their earning potential, stepping up as a leader and being a coveted candidate for the biggest opportunities that exist. 

Mindset work is a critical aspect of private mentoring to ensure you’re giving yourself the best chance of success - whatever that looks like for you.

Whatever you need we can cover it so you are well supported to move through the challenge you’re experiencing. 

Some clients have their executive join a session to help them understand what their aspirations are, what they’re working toward or to overcome so their executive understands how best to support them.  It’s a powerful way to come into alignment if this is something you are comfortable with. This is optional and not a requirement but is highly recommended. 

Single exploration or strategy session

  • One 90 minute call to rent my brain, get support on a shorter term goal or develop a strategy for progress.

    Enough time to explore, strategise, guide and leave you with the advice tools or strategy to move forward.

    You’ll leave with practical, pragmatic advice from someone who has genuinely walked a mile in your shoes and understands your work and your challenges deeply.

    Single strategy session booking windows are only opened a few times a year with limited spaces available.

  • $400 AUD

one month sprint

  • The one month intensive is appropriate for those who already have some clarity on their needs and goals and are fully committed to dive in and create change.

    • Private, weekly 60 minute calls (4 total to be held consecutively) on Zoom.

    • A personalised action plan to help maintain momentum at the end of the 1 month container.

    • Further recommended resources to support your needs: reading/listening/watching or cheat sheets/templates/best practices from my courses.

    • If one of my courses is suited to your development needs you’ll be offered a heavily discounted rate to join.

    • Option to have your executive join a session to align if needed/appropriate (one of your 4 sessions or an additional session at an extra cost).

    • Before the session you’ll receive a short questionnaire to complete. This is to help ensure our time together is focused and of the highest value to give you maximum ROI.

    • Only two private clients in the one month intensive are taken on per month.

  • AUD $2,000 in full.

    AUD $1,020 x 2 monthly payments on a plan

Three month intensive: the 1% mentorship

  • This is a high touch care and support experience for those that want a longer term commitment and who want to go deeper with the spaciousness of more time.

    Only three clients are accepted per quarter in the 3 month container to ensure you get the energy you deserve.

    This mentorship is a big commitment from you and I want you to get the results you crave. That’s why it is by application only.

    How it works:

    • Weekly, consecutive 60 minute calls over 3 months.

    • Our initial call is an exploration of where you are right now, where you want to be, your strengths and areas of challenge.

    • We’ll set goals for our three months together to keep us laser focus and your commitment to change activated.

    • Each weekly call closes with agreed action steps to ensure we get traction fast and maintain it. We’ll check in on the progress made and further support needed on the next call.

    • You have the option for us to meet with your executive in the first month to align goals and focus. It’s optional but highly recommended as it can be a powerful opportunity to create impact if you feel comfortable to do this. I understand this option may not suit every client and that’s okay if it isn’t your preference.

    • You’ll receive further resources to support you such as recommended reading/watching/listening as needs or curiosity arises.

    • Where it may be supportive, you’ll be supplied with the relevant best practices, cheat sheets and templates from Rachael’s courses.

    • You’ll receive a personalised action plan to help maintain momentum at the end of the 3 month container and ensure your progress continues.

    • Call times are within Australian AEST/AEDT hours of 6am to 6pm.
