From ea to ceos and chairs to ea educator and advocate.

Then and now - my story.

For 27 years I worked in the corporate trenches partnering with some of the best minds in business all over the world. Change makers, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, a billionaire and high profile business leaders - the 1%.

In 2021 I stepped away from my corporate career to share the powerful lessons I learned about creating impact, presence, prioritisation, strategic planning, influence, productivity and most of all - how to sustain high performance without the burn out. All the things I had to learn the hard way, alone.

Today I train executive assistants, executive teams and leadership teams internationally.

I have supported thousands of executive assistants all over the world through masterclasses, my courses and with in-house full team development sessions.

Backed by proven experience at the highest levels of the corporate world.

When you work with me, you gain access to genuine, extensive expertise across a wide range of industries, sectors, and businesses—both public and private, from all scales and company structures.

Global Experience

With nearly three decades of experience, I’ve supported top-level business operations in Australia, the UAE, the UK, and Asia.

Proven Expertise in High-Stakes Situations

I’ve navigated some of the most complex challenges organisations face, including:

  • Significant economic downturns (Recession, GFC, Pandemic)

  • High-profile corporate crises and litigation

  • Royal Commissions and Senate Inquiries

  • Pandemic response and large-scale restructures

  • IPOs, acquisitions, delistings, and leadership transitions

A unique Skill Set

As a certified wellbeing practitioner and a member of the IICT, I’m also accredited in First Nations Cultural Sensitivity. I’m committed to creating safe, trauma-informed environments where all clients feel welcome and supported.

  • Strategic training for EAs grounded in experience

With nearly three decades of experience working alongside top-level executives and leaders, I bring tried and trusted tools that are tailored to today’s business environment.

My training provides EAs with a pathway to work strategically, adding tangible value by:

    - Disrupting cycles of reactivity and helping teams focus on high-impact priorities.

    - Building confidence and skills in areas often overlooked in traditional EA development.

    - Creating a direct link between the EA’s role and the organisation’s broader strategic goals.

  • Proven tools and strategies for lasting impact in your executive assistant career

I share rigorously tested strategies, tools, and best practices that disrupt the reactivity cycle and bring ease and flow to organisations.

By bridging the gap between the art and science of sustainable, healthy high performance, I help businesses and executive assistants move beyond daily pressures to focus on long-term success.

  • relevant, high impact development for executive assistants

Drawing from my own career journey as an Executive Assistant, I’ve developed the learning opportunities I wish had been available to me.

These are smart, relevant, and pragmatic resources designed to empower Executive Assistants to think and collaborate like leaders, maximising their impact.

offerings designed to create measurable results and enhance an EA’s performance at every level.

  • I respect my client’s privacy. Unless a client shares that they’re working with me first, you won’t see me share who I’m working with publicly or on socials.

Testimonials are only ever shared on a first name basis for the same reason. My client’s privacy is valued above a marketing opportunity for my business.

  • I don’t rinse and repeat classes or talks. Why?

The landscape is perpetually in motion and needs evolve quickly.

I have almost three decades of experience to draw from, but I don’t lean on that alone.

Quality content is critical to create impact and my corporate work is tailored to ensure I meet the unique needs of each team.

I stay ahead of trends and include current, cited research in all of my offerings.

I also regularly conduct research across the global assistant community to ensure what I’m sharing is relevant for the needs of assistants and organisations today.

I keep my finger on the pulse and it’s evident in my unique, fresh, practical and highly relevant content.

  • A common group coaching practice is to re-purpose a course’s call recordings to create on-demand classes or for future students to view.

    I never do this.

I also only partner or collaborate with people and businesses that operate with integrity.

If a client would like to work with me and their need is not in my wheelhouse, I refer them to another trusted trainer who can support them.

  • I believe until we are all treated fairly, none of us can truly thrive.

Cultural sensitivity is front of mind for me, and with every geography I work in.

Having had an international career, I am tuned into the unique needs of different cultures.

All of my corporate classes begin with an Acknowledgement of Country, even where there is an international audience.

All courses begin this way also.

I use inclusive language in my materials and classes in ally ship of the LGBTIQA+ community.

  • My podcast guests are people who are making a difference in the world.

I offer free classes so all assistants have access to learning and development.

My business donates funds and time to many charities including: Breast Cancer Australia, Share The Dignity, SecondBite, Women’s Spirit Project, Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, UNICEF, Isipho Admin, and DV Safe Phone.

Since being in business I’ve offered scholarship places in my courses to disadvantaged assistants experiencing genuine hardship.

I regularly donate my time to facilitate training for Association bodies and non-profit development events.

I also periodically teach free meditation and earth mindfulness classes in my local community to ensure everyone has access to practices that support mental health.

My points of difference.
