FROM EA to THOUGHT LEADER
EMPOWERING Executive Assistants WORLDWIDE
From CORPORATE TRENCHES to an EA EDUCATOR
For 27 years, I worked alongside some of the most influential leaders in the world — CEOs, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and even billionaires. My career spanned multiple continents and industries, where I gained firsthand insight into the strategies, mindset, and tools needed to navigate high-stakes business environments.
But the lessons I learned were often hard-won. I had to figure out how to perform at the highest levels without burning out — how to create impact, sustain high performance, and prioritise my own wellbeing in the process. And that’s what drives me today.
In 2021, I stepped away from the corporate world to share what I learned with others — to empower executive assistants to transcend traditional support roles and become the strategic, high-performing business partners organisations need to thrive.
Now, I’m proud to train EAs, leadership teams, and organisations globally, helping them build the skills and mindset to succeed in a rapidly changing business world. Through my masterclasses, courses, and team development sessions, I’ve supported thousands of executive assistants to achieve their career goals and reach their full potential.

What SETS ME APART
I provide content that resonates with both executive assistants and organisational leaders, offering fresh perspectives on the challenges facing today’s workplace. My unique experience gives me the ability to tackle these challenges in a way that feels both relevant and impactful.
-
Client confidentiality is paramount. I respect my clients' privacy, and unless they choose to share, I never disclose who I’m working with. Testimonials are always anonymous, shared only by first name, to protect privacy and maintain trust.
-
I don’t rely on recycled content. The business landscape is constantly evolving, and I stay ahead of trends to ensure that the training I provide is always fresh, relevant, and grounded in the latest research. I tailor my content to meet the specific needs of each team, ensuring it resonates with today’s challenges.
-
I believe in providing authentic, high-quality experiences. Unlike many in the industry, I never repurpose live calls or training recordings into on-demand content. When I work with you, you get live, customised support.
-
Cultural sensitivity is at the heart of everything I do. My experience working internationally has taught me the importance of understanding and respecting different cultures. Every corporate class and course begins with an Acknowledgement of Country, and I ensure my materials reflect inclusive language, particularly in support of the LGBTIQA+ community.
-
I’m committed to making a positive impact in the world. From podcast guests who are making a difference, to charitable donations, scholarships, and free classes for disadvantaged assistants, I ensure that my business gives back to those in need. I also regularly donate my time to non-profit organisations and teach mindfulness in my local community to support mental health.
