A COURSE FOR EAs WHO DARE TO DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY.
Success as an administration professional is often not a linear journey.
Those who succeed are the ones with the somewhat intangible soft skills, the special something that can take an entire career to develop.
Training and handovers frequently miss the mark. They share the ‘how’ and not the ‘why’ and this is is a huge disservice to all administration professionals.
It doesn’t truly set them up for success. It slows the process of reaching full potential. It creates career plateaus. It limits earning capacity. It impacts confidence and self-belief.
The Elite EA Academy is the missing link.
The learning and development within will enable you to elevate the support you provide and stretch your thinking.
It will help you pave a career runway that will bring you satisfaction, fulfilment, longevity and stay relevant in a changing world.
The program is created and delivered by someone with deep Executive Assistant experience, a proven track record of high performance and who has the tried, tested and proven strategies, processes, disciplines, tips and tools that get results.
This course is for you if:
You’re ready to step into your full potential and elevate your career to new heights.
You want to be seen as talent—not just a resource—recognised for the unique value you bring to your executive and organisation.
You’re done with the status quo and ready to create your own path, leading with strategy, confidence, and influence.
You’re committed to designing a career that is authentically you, playing to your strengths and creating impact in your own way.
It is NOT for you if you want a cookie cutter approach to learning and your career.
Be first in line when we reopen the doors in January 2025.

Some modules are longer than others, but the beauty of a self-paced course is that you can hit pause and complete it in the time frame that works best with your lifestyle.
As a guide below is the watch time for tutorials:
Module 1: ~2 hours
Module 2: ~1 hour
Module 3: ~ 2 hours
Module 4: ~2 hours
Module 5: ~1.5 hours
Module 6: ~1.5 hours
Module 7: ~2 hours
Module 8: ~10 minutes

As a self-paced course you are in control of how and where you do the work.
I recommend building in a couple of hours a week. Over the course of a week, this isn’t a lot of time.
It comes down to deciding to prioritise your development and then make the choices of how you want to spend your time to support you to do this.
Consider where your time leaks are. Maybe it’s wasting time on socials or watching Netflix and you can create free time by curbing these pass times for a short while.
You may also want to speak with your manager to tell them you are working on career development and see whether you can have study time out.
-
Absolutely!
We can share suggested impactful wording for you to use as inspiration and tailor to suit your needs and objectives.
Why don’t we give you ALL the words to say?
Because that doesn’t create a high impact business case that will resonate for the person you support.
The wording is a great framework to start. Through personalising you’re demonstrating how doing the course will benefit your executive and your organisation and YOU.
